AK47 Bullet

Working with Century I laid out the design specifications for this rod (exclusive to me). I have always been a lover of the AK47 range but there where a few things that could be improved on. We change the length from 12'6'' to 12' as this is just so much more popular than any other rod length. Still employing all the gearbox AK47 layup but slightly modified and using a new twirl carbon on the blank we ended up with not only an easy cast very functional carp rod but one that look brilliant, very nice. Autoclaving the blank to reduce test curve decay and using the ultra matt no varnish anti scratch finish on the blank, long life is assured. Form and function, brilliant.

The 2.75 TC model has a ideal casting weigh of 3oz for normal casting and 2.5oz for very high speed casts.

The 3.50 TC model has a ideal casting weigh of 4oz for normal casting and 3.5oz for very high speed casts.
